Headripper Chrome Extension — Privacy Policy

Summary
- No accounts collected. No analytics. No telemetry.
- No servers used by the extension. Nothing leaves your browser except requests you make to Headspace.
- No extension storage used. The extension does not save tokens, settings, or history.
- Any content you choose to download saves directly to your device. You control the files.
What the extension accesses
The extension only touches what it needs to do the job and only when you trigger it.
- Session cookie. Reads the
hsngjwtcookie forhttps://my.headspace.com/to verify you are signed in and to authenticate requests made by your browser to Headspace. - Active Headspace tab. Reads the current page location and minimal page data to find content identifiers.
This happens in memory. The extension does not persist this data.
What the extension stores
Nothing. The extension does not use chrome.storage and does not write files. The only files involved are the ones you choose to download and those are saved by Chrome to your chosen folder.
Data sharing
No data is shared, sold, or sent to third parties by this extension. Requests go from your browser directly to Headspace using your existing session.
Permissions and why they are needed

Retention and control
- The extension keeps no records to delete.
- To revoke the session, sign out of Headspace or clear site cookies in your browser.
- Remove the extension to fully remove its code and any temporary in memory data.
Security
The extension runs locally in Chrome’s extension sandbox and uses the least permissions required. No token is persisted by the extension. Do not use on shared or untrusted machines if you are signed in to Headspace.
Children
The extension is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the effective date will be updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
